At k43 we are focused on mastering the moves of each individual child to achieve strength, spatial awareness, skill ability whilst having fun.  Click below on the class that interest you and your family.


Calisthenics is a form of strength training that utilises an individuals body weight as resistance to perform multi-joint, compound movements with little or no equipment.

Calisthenics is a class where you learn to use your body's strength to achieve muscle tone.

k43 Calisthenics class is best for teens and adults with one of the pioneers of Calisthenics in Australia, Chris Nixon of Streetfit Calisthenics from the Central Coast.

Boxfit - Parents Box Kids Ninja

Boxing workouts are great for cardiovascular health and building muscle.  They can improve fitness and help you lose weight.

The 6 benefits of boxing are improves heart health, aids weight loss, boosts whole-body strength, improves balance, decreases stress and lowers blood pressure.

k43 offers a class where Parents can do a Boxfit class while their kid/kids do Ninja Warrior.  The mums especially have been enjoying the class as they have some me time whilst their kids do a Ninja Warrior class.

Welcome to come along to Boxfit casually even without a child.
